Questions, answered

When can I start using SiteQuote?

We're opening to contractors in small groups. Join the early-access list and we'll email you as soon as your spot is ready. Founding pricing goes to the first 50 businesses.

Which trades does it support?

Interior, exterior and commercial painting, epoxy and concrete coatings, and terrazzo restoration and refinishing. Starter includes one trade; Pro and Growth include all of them.

Can I use my own prices?

Yes. SiteQuote starts you with researched default rates, and every price, multiplier, minimum, travel charge and margin target can be changed in Settings. Saved quotes keep the price they were saved with.

Do I need to install anything?

No. SiteQuote runs in any modern browser on your phone, tablet or computer. On a phone, add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.

How does the free trial work?

Every new business gets 14 days with every Growth feature. A card is needed to start, and you aren't charged until the trial ends. Pick the plan you want to keep before then, or cancel anytime.

Can my crew use it?

Yes. Starter includes 1 login, Pro 2 and Growth 3, with extra logins for $5 a month each. Team members can quote and see customers and leads; only the owner changes prices, settings and billing.

Will customers see my costs or margins?

No. Customer quotes are built only from the fields a customer should see. Your labor costs, material costs, margins and rate sheet stay private, and homeowners on your estimate page only ever see a price range.

I'm a homeowner. How do I get an estimate?

Ask your contractor for their SiteQuote estimate link. SiteQuote is the tool contractors use; prices and quotes come from them.
